INSAION

INSAION is a software company based in Terrassa that builds an observability and diagnostics platform for autonomous robot fleets in production. Its technology lets robot makers and operators understand why a robot failed in the field without travelling to site, in environments where connectivity is limited and every stoppage has a cost.

A lightweight agent on the robot continuously records sensor and system data, and sends only the relevant slice when an incident occurs. The platform links those metrics with the camera, LiDAR and control data from the moment of failure, and suggests the cause automatically. It also lets teams confirm that each new software release does not make the fleet's behaviour worse, before and after deployment. It is compatible with ROS 2 and open standards such as OpenTelemetry and MCAP, and runs on robots from different manufacturers.

INSAION sells its technology directly and through integrators and technology partners, including its partnership with ReductStore for on-robot data storage.
