PULSAR HRI

Pulsar HRI is a company specializing in the development of drive technologies for mobile and humanoid robots, with the goal of enabling safe and reliable physical interaction between people and robots. It designs and develops torque motors and QDD (Quasi Direct Drive) actuators that combine high torque density, fast response, and efficiency, integrating power and control electronics, encoders, torque and temperature sensors, and proprioception capabilities. Its work encompasses the electromagnetic, mechanical, and electronic design of these systems, as well as the development and validation of control strategies. The company also offers AUGUR®, a digital twin that simulates the mechanical, electrical, electromagnetic, and control behavior of motors and actuators, supporting their design and optimization. In addition to its components, Pulsar develops robotic platform demonstrators, such as a humanoid arm with four degrees of freedom, and offers custom design, prototyping, manufacturing, and testing services for drive solutions in robotic applications.
