SPARSITY

Sparsity is a technology company and spin-off from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), specializing in artificial intelligence, advanced data management, and graph technologies.

The company develops software and AI solutions that transform large volumes of information and data from multiple sources into actionable knowledge for intelligent systems. Sparsity is also the creator of Sparksee, its proprietary high-performance graph database technology, specifically designed to work with highly connected information and capable of running embedded directly on devices.

In the field of robotics and Physical AI, Sparsity’s technologies enable information to be structured and integrated through Knowledge Graphs and Knowledge Models, combining sensor data, contextual information, and other sources to provide intelligent systems with a structured representation of knowledge about their environment. This approach facilitates the development of AI systems capable of accessing the context they need to interpret information, make decisions, and operate more autonomously.

Sparsity combines more than 15 years of experience in data technologies with expertise in artificial intelligence, advanced algorithms, Edge AI, and custom software development, while also participating in European research and innovation projects.
